Of course, you know the name of the investigative agency that you were nice enough to have entrusted this important case to. Still, who exactly is handling MY case? The answer to that question may very well determine whether you obtain the necessary documentation to corroborate the concerns you had regarding your subject's claim, or whether the claimant's attorney can't wait to do business with your company again.

When choosing a surveillance company, it is critical to know who is conducting your investigations. Inexperience and poor decisions in the field can lead to additional liability and exposure, thereby seriously decreasing the chances of successfully defending the claim before you. We primarily conduct surveillance for insurance companies and their associated law firms. Our Surveillance Package includes a Comprehensive Electronics Research Report, which lists information from most state agencies, a Comprehensive Report of the claimant's daily physical activities as observed throughout the investigation defined by clear video documentation as well as a series of related 35 mm photographs.

We also provide a profile of the Claimant's residence and surrounding area. Discreet inquiries and analyses are performed so that we may provide our clients with a clear picture of the Claimant's work status, lifestyle, leisure activities, and socio-economic status. Covert Consultants also offers a comprehensive background investigation, custom suited for each individual case. This report allows or clients to learn invaluable information such as:
  • Is my Claimant engaged in criminal activity? Have they ever been incarcerated?
  • Is there a substance abuse problem?
  • Is my Claimant engaged in ongoing or past civil litigation?
  • Is my Claimant married or recently divorced?
  • Has there been any domestic violence, possibly resulting in injuries?
  • Has my claimant been involved in any auto accidents before or after the date of loss? If so, were they injured and/or at fault? Did they file suit?
  • Has my Claimant filed past Workers' Compensation Claims? How long were they out of work? How much compensation did they receive?
  • Is my Claimant working, what occupation, how much do they make?
  • Is my Claimant a property owner? What vehicle do they own?
  • AND much more!
These investigations can be as limited or as extensive as necessary based upon our Client's focus or budget needs.
